Virtual Pilates Studio
My studio is based in San Francisco, California, but for now, I teach real, livestream Pilates that comes to you via Zoom. I see and hear you, and you see and hear me, live. All you need is an internet connection, a camera, and a spot big enough to lie down. Got small props like a squishy ball or a Magic Circle? We'll put them to work!
If you use Pilates to manage back pain, or if you have any of the unique challenges that come with connective-tissue disorders like EDS, I am the instructor for you—I'm a zebra too!
If you know how to connect to your core, Pilates is perfect to manage these types of pain. If you don't know how, I'll show you how to use the right muscle at the right time. Yes! Pilates for non-typical bodies!
Each session is personalized to your physical needs and fitness goals. You tell me what hurts and what you want to work, and we'll quickly develop a workout that relieves tightness, strengthens your core, and gets you longer, stronger, and more connected. You will feel better!
